Office space is offered on the 3rd floor of the building, which includes the following:

• Functional office layout /see plan in the appendix/.

• Autonomous kitchen space.

• Separate toilet block and shower room.

Finance offer:

1) The price for renting the premises is offered as follows:

• 9.50 EUR/m2 per month in the 1st year of the concluded Agreement;

2) Management

• 2.00 EUR per m2 of space per month.

• Management costs include common space and

territory cleaning, 24-hour security, engineering communications

servicing, maintenance of magnetic access systems and cards, etc.

3) Utility payments

• Payment for heat, water and electricity consumed is made on a fixed basis

according to meter readings.

• Fee for shared electricity, heat and water consumption

is set based on actual consumption, dividing these costs

proportional to the usable area (tenant's office area).

Parking lots

The tenant is guaranteed 5 (five) free parking spaces.
