YARD HOUSE

YARD HOUSE is best described as a boutique building offering retail, office and residential space. Its cozy, atmospheric and covered courtyard is a real hidden gem in the heart of Riga's Old Town. This architectural marvel was designed by the famous architect Herberts Tīmeris and the building was built between 1912 and 1914. Since then, it has been renovated several times, carefully transforming the building into a modern office center without losing its historical charm.
