For each available office space, the lessor is ready to find an individual approach to the needs of the lessee - it is possible to adjust the required number of workplaces, if the lessee wants to use his own furniture in the office premises, then this can be agreed upon and the office will be freed from furniture.

The lessor carries out a cosmetic refresh of the office after each tenant. In the case of a long-term lease, it is possible to agree on both the nuances of cosmetic renovation (wall colors) and, if necessary, on adjusting the office layout to the tenant's needs.

The number of workplaces can be adjusted in each office space. The final rental fee depends on the number of employees and the term of the contract. Minimum contract term: 1 year, but it is possible to agree on both a shorter and longer term.
