Finance offer:

1) The price for renting the premises is offered as follows:

• 9.50 EUR/m2 per month in the 1st year of the concluded Agreement;

2) Management

• 2.00 EUR per m2 of space per month.

• Management costs include common space and

territory cleaning, 24-hour security, engineering communications

servicing, maintenance of magnetic access systems and cards, etc.

3) Utility payments

• Payment for heat, water and electricity consumed is made on a fixed basis

according to meter readings.

• Fee for shared electricity, heat and water consumption

is set based on actual consumption, dividing these costs

proportional to the usable area (tenant's office area).
